Intro Sidescroller

Intro Sidescroller is a Twitch stream intro game that you can add to your layout for times like intros/BRBs when there is nothing else happening.

How It Works

Once the game is set up the first time someone posts in the associated channel's chat a ship will be spawned with their name. This ship will move randomly back and forth between both sides of the screen shooting down UFOs that will also spawn randomly, earning 1 point for each they shoot down. At any time the streamer may end the game by pressing the X button, showing a leaderboard with who got the most points and optionally posting a Top 3 to chat

Game Setup

• Click the link to open a page to get a token
  
• Select Custom Scope Token
• Select the chat:read and chat:edit scopes
• Click Generate Token
• Click Authorize to let the token generator make a token for your channel
• Copy the Access Token and paste it onto the Token field
• Enter your channel name into Channel field
•  Press the Connect button. If successful, it should read Connected
• Optionally tick the "Show Leaderboard" checkbox to show a leaderboard when the game is ended or the "Post To Chat" checkbox to post the top 3 players with the most points to chat

OBS Setup

• Add a new "Game capture" source
• Change Mode to "Capture specific Window", select IntroSidescroller.exe and check the "Allow transparency" box
